dureri de masele – persoana de 81 de ani

Buna ziua, Mama mea in varsta de 81 de ani are dureri de masele si am fost la un dentist care i-a administrat un antibiotic -Augmentin 875/125 pe care il ia de cinci zile si totusi are dureri ( ziua nu si noaptea ). Mama are probleme cu coagularea sangelui si din acest motiv nu se pot face – extractii . Va rog sa-mi spuneti daca acest antibiotic este cel mai bine de administrat in cazu mamei mele sau  il putem schimba si care ar fi acel antibiotic ? Mentionez , ca, are dureri in continuare .
